Landschap, stedelijke omgeving, bestaande gebouwen en geschiedenis vormen belangrijke ingrediënten in de ontwikkelijking van een ontwerp dat specifiek is aan de locatie. Door de toetsing van verschillende mogelijkheden in deze specifieke context streven we naar duidelijke en sterke concepten.

Door zorgvuldig gebruik van materialen wordt betekenis gegeven aan het concept wat zorgt voor diepte en kwaliteit in het ontwerp. Ons doel is tactiele architectuur te maken die kan worden ervaren met alle zintuigen, een ontwerp dat kan worden geïnterpreteerd op verschillende niveaus.

Wij werken nauw samen met de opdrachtgever, luisteren nauwkeurig naar de wensen en begeleiden hen in het ontwerpproces door de ruimtelijke kwaliteit van een project duidelijk te maken. Wij stellen belang in de betrokkenheid van de opdrachtgever in het ontwerpproces waarbij onze rol is het bewaken van het concept en de specifieke wensen en ideeën integreren in het grotere geheel. 

Essential to our work is the context of the project. Landscape, urban patterns, existing buildings, and history form important ingredients to realizing a design that is specific to its location. Through exploration of the possibilities within this context we strive to create clear and strong concepts to complex problems.

Through careful consideration of materials, richness is added to a concept creating a multilayered solution. Our goal is to create beautiful architecture that can be experienced through all of the senses, a design that can be interpreted on different levels.

We work very closely with the client, listening to their needs and guiding them through the design process. Important to us is that the client feels involved in the decision making process while we remain committed to the concept. We have experience working at various scales ranging from houses, retail, and offices to large-scale buildings. We collaborate closely with artists, designers, and specialists in many other areas to give the project the specific resources it deserves.
